The Opportunity


We’re looking for an up and coming Executive Search Consultant or Data & AI Recruiter who has worked with senior data and AI talent and has a proven ability to build long term repeatable business. You will be an instrumental part of the first tranche of UK hiring helping to build the pipeline with an expert sourcing team and a clearly defined path to equity partner.


Initially your focus will be on the UK market, however you are free to hunt wherever you like because you are the owner of your own business within a business (with a remuneration package to match).


The Selling Points


  • We’re striving to automate as much as we can, allowing you to focus on what you do best, so don’t worry about invoices, finance, most of your sourcing, legal, etc… we got that covered.
  • 100% remote, work from anywhere (limited only by things outside our control like insurances, taxation, time zones, etc.)
  • Weekly online/F2F socials with ‘beer/coffee/drink money’.
  • Monthly get and an annual fully paid off-site training and social event (I hope you like sailing in warmer climates…).

  • After 12 months and achieving mutually agreed targets, you will be invited to join the equity partner program, a 12 week training program which will allow you to become a part owner of the business.
  • Above industry average commission structure (it starts at 40%...).

The Requirements


  • You will have 2-3 years ++ of Executive Search or Perm recruitment experience, ideally with experience of hiring senior data, AI and leadership positions either retained or contingent.
  • You have proven ability to deliver against set targets and maybe have grown your own desk of senior data and AI professionals.
  • You will have worked in a 360 degree role before so you know what it is like, although you will be working in tandem with our in-house sourcing specialists (so it's more like 180-270 degree haha).
  • You will have the skill set to acquire new business even if you have not done this recently in a recruitment firm, perhaps you have sales experience from another industry or have the ability and confidence to pick up new clients because of your c-suite relationship-building skills.
  • It would be preferential if you have hired at least one sector specialism before, e.g. retail, utilities, government or others.
  • You have right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor at this stage).

Oktet is part of the Oggin Group, a private advisory and investment company founded in 2019 with interests from nearshore outsourcing in Eastern Europe, fitness apps, Web3 solutions and other start-ups.
