Oktet is expanding offerings across the UK and Europe and looking for a tech savvy virtual assistant who will help accelerate Oktet's growth.

Job description
You’ll be tasked with supporting our founders, search consultants and future team members to:
Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
Sourcing new contacts / clients
Cold email system management
Email management/filtering
Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
Manage and update social media accounts
Data entry - CRM
Prepare and send out email newsletters
Automate as many processes as you can so we can train you up in other parts of the business
Occasionally you may also be asked to support with administrative tasks for the founders such as:
Make travel arrangements
Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
Research tasks
Requirements
Must haves:
Experience in lead generation / cold email systems (e.g. Instantly, Google Workspace, open to tools you are familiar with)
Experience in CRM management or other recruitment ATS/CRMs (we will be using HubSpot/NetHunt in the short-term and migrating to a dedicated ATS in 2024.
Technical Savvy with reliable laptop/computer (with camera) and readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
High-speed /fibre internet connectivity
Quality headsets with noise cancellation
C1 English (B2 is ok if you have a good business vocabulary)
Ability to work seamlessly in the UK and CET timezones
Nice to have:
Degree or equivalent work experience in sales or recruitment field
