Oktet is a private app for friends and family, run as a small independent project. If you need help, email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
Sign up with your Australian mobile number. Every new account is let in by hand, so after you sign up you'll see a waiting screen until you're let in. You'll get a notification when you are.
Apple handles purchases and refunds. If you bought Oktet and want a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
In the app, go to System › Bios › Delete account. If you started any channels, hand them over to another member first: open the channel's info screen and choose Transfer ownership. If you can't delete your account, email [email protected] and we'll do it for you. After an account is deleted, its phone number can't be used to sign up again for about 90 days. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.
